I am a morning person, but it still takes a lot of dedication to get up early and work out.  After a night of interrupted sleep, it’s especially hard.  But, the best part is the feeling of victory after I’ve gotten up early and finished a good workout.  I have a sense of accomplishment, like I’m a winner.  Plus, I don’t have to try to fit in a workout after getting home from work, when I’d much rather be spending my time with Jillian.

After a great run yesterday morning (I ran the whole 3 miles!) and a good workout this morning, I’m a winner 🙂

  1. You are a winner! Sounds like you are starting to get your momentum back. I just recently a mini anxiety attack about how am I really going to handle work, home, and baby. I was watching an old movie from the 50s and it triggered it. Live seemed so simple then. You give me hope! God bless!
